Aindah Consultancy was founded to provide experienced, independent support to organisations dealing with complex problems, sensitive concerns and organisational change.
Our approach combines investigative thinking with organisational analysis: establishing what is actually happening, testing the evidence, identifying where accountability sits, and understanding the influence of process, structure, capability, leadership, behaviour and culture.
Aindah’s focus is not simply on producing recommendations. Where appropriate, we support organisations through implementation, helping turn findings and learning into practical, sustainable change.
Aindah Consultancy is founded and led by Farhat Sadik, whose career spans policing, safeguarding, national programme leadership and organisational change across the public and charity sectors. She brings senior operational experience alongside investigation, scrutiny and improvement work, with a practical understanding of how organisations operate in reality — not just how policies and processes say they should.
Independent and Evidence-led
We assess issues against the available evidence, relevant legislation, sector standards, organisational policies and recognised good practice. Our conclusions are not shaped by the outcome a client may hope to receive; we say what the evidence supports, even when the findings are difficult.

We do not assume that the presenting problem is the real problem. We examine the gap between policy and practice and consider where the issues arise from

I'm Farhat Sadik, and my professional journey has been fueled by a passion for positive change and empowerment in various sectors. My path began with a background in politics and history, where I developed a deep understanding of the importance of values and principles.
My career commenced as an intelligence analyst at the Metropolitan Police Service, and I quickly recognised the opportunity to leverage my skills for a greater impact. Over the years, I've advanced through the ranks, eventually becoming a Detective Inspector, leading a safeguarding unit in the South East focused on domestic abuse investigations and also a team tasked with implementing organisation wide improvements following a Home Office commissioned inquiry.
Throughout my journey, I've undergone extensive training, like the CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice, Senior Investigating Officer and National hostage and crisis negotiator, which have equipped me with valuable insights and knowledge. My roles at organisations like Police Now and Age UK, along with my voluntary engagements as a Scouts leader and Director of a Special Education College in Gravesend, have provided me with a diverse range of experiences and perspectives.
My extensive project management experiences have allowed me to lead and contribute to various initiatives. This hands-on experience has given me a unique perspective on change management, resource optimisation, and system improvement.
I'm deeply passionate about empowering individuals and fostering personal growth, and I've dedicated considerable time and energy to support talent development in various organisations. My mission is to create a better, more authentic, and prosperous world by making a positive impact, step by step. In my role as a consultant at Aindah Consultancy, I'm committed to continuing this journey and driving meaningful change.
